With only $1,000 in startup capital, a rusty 2004 Chevy Silverado, and a 4 gpm washer, Prime & Shine was started by owner Michael Norris as a summer side hustle after high school and never really stopped. By year three, business was booming, window cleaning was added, and the brand got a fun, professional refresh. That’s also when Sadie—our beloved four-legged mascot—joined the crew.
We’ve grown from humble beginnings, but our priorities stay the same: show up when we say we will, do the job with care, and treat your property like it’s our own.
