About Prime & Shine

28 Years of Experience (in Dog Years)

With only $1,000 in startup capital, a rusty 2004 Chevy Silverado, and a 4 gpm washer, Prime & Shine was started by owner Michael Norris as a summer side hustle after high school and never really stopped. By year three, business was booming, window cleaning was added, and the brand got a fun, professional refresh. That’s also when Sadie—our beloved four-legged mascot—joined the crew.

We’ve grown from humble beginnings, but our priorities stay the same: show up when we say we will, do the job with care, and treat your property like it’s our own. Around here, we don’t just hire anybody. We invest in trustworthy, well-trained professionals who take their work seriously and deliver it with care.
